Results of the Pupin’s Challenge! Final standings of participants in the Pupin Challenge final for the 2023 season!
We are all still under the impression of the Pupin Challenge final that took place last Saturday. Impressions are being summed up, new friendships have begun, and the organization has once again gone through the table (just in case), which you can see here.
Congratulations once again to all participants who decided to take part in the final and to everyone who attended workshops this season. Competitors from the “Grigore Moisil” high school in Timișoara achieved excellent results. The CoderDojo Timisoara team performed admirably, missing out on victory by just one point. Some may have expected them to perform even better, but that’s competition, and there’s always the next one where they can improve.
We applied our own evaluation system at this competition, adapted to the modern age, which proved to be quite efficient. The plan is that for the next competition, perhaps there will be an application used, but we’ll leave that as a surprise for the next final.

We also had a formal reception with the Director of the Mathematical Gymnasium, Mrs. Mirjana Katić. The first and third-placed teams from the competition, junior mentors, Vladislav Petković, and Jovica Milisavljević, were in attendance. More about that HERE.

We had plenty to talk about over pleasant socializing, rounding off such an international competition finale in great collaboration with the Mathematical Gymnasium.
