Digital Challenge Final Workshop for 2025 in Pančevo. 🔔 One of the key milestones of the project — Final Workshop in Pančevo

As part of the Erasmus+ Digital Challenge project, the final workshop for 2025 was held on 6 December at the Nikola Tesla Electro-Technical High School in Pančevo, with partners from Serbia and Romania present.

This gathering represented one of the key moments of the project — an opportunity to complete the work initiated in Timișoara, review results achieved so far, and lay the foundation for the final project phase planned for spring 2026.

🧩 What was achieved?

The mission of this workshop was clear — to complete all activities planned for 2025, including several upgraded modules added throughout the year that were not mandatory but proved essential for long-term project quality and sustainability.

Participants — students, teachers and mentors — collaboratively:

• completed the technical and pedagogical tasks started in Timișoara,
• prepared first versions of educational materials,
• finalized guidelines for the Young Mentors Guide,
• conducted internal evaluation,
• initiated the formation of the mid-term report, to be published soon.

Significant contributions in defining next steps were made by Oana Suzana Marinescu (Moisil) and Jovica Milisavljević (Mathematical grammar school).

The workshop reaffirmed that Digital Challenge does not only transfer knowledge — it changes mindsets, strengthens mentoring culture and opens new opportunities for students.

🌍 Building on previous successes

The Pančevo workshop directly builds on:

• Erasmus Days activities in Belgrade,
• the three-day intensive program in Timișoara,
• the scientific-educational camp in Idvor,
• the development of young mentors,
• the rise in participation of girls in STEM,
• stronger regional and cross-border cooperation.

These outcomes show that the project consistently exceeds expected milestones.

🎯 Looking ahead

The Pančevo session enabled us to:

• complete all 2025 activities,
• prepare the ground for the final phase,
• identify outcomes beyond the official project scope,
• reach a higher-than-expected level of readiness,
• begin finalization of the mid-term report, which will be published soon.

Additional workshops are planned before the final spring event — dates will be announced.
