Cirkuliranje 2026 in Vršac: 10 Years of Culture in Motion. In 2026, Cirkuliranje proudly celebrates its 10th anniversary with a one-day programme that will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026 in Vršac.
Over the past decade, Cirkuliranje has brought together people, ideas, educational initiatives, cultural programmes, international partnerships and community-driven projects. While our activities have evolved over time, from cultural events and festivals to educational programmes such as Pupin’s Challenge and Digital Challenge, our mission has remained the same: creating opportunities for people to connect, learn, create and grow together.
To mark this important milestone, Cirkuliranje will organize a full-day anniversary programme in Vršac, running from 9:00 AM until 1:00 AM.
It will bring together culture, sport, outdoor activities, creativity, and community engagement in a celebration of everything that has shaped the organization during the past ten years.
International Cycling Ride to Gudurički Vrh
One of the central highlights of the day will be the International Cirkuliranje Cycling Ride to Gudurički Vrh, through the villages and landscapes surrounding the Vršac Mountains, bringing together cyclists from Serbia and Romania.
Beyond promoting healthy lifestyles, sport and cross-border cooperation, the ride aims to highlight the remarkable potential of the Vršac Mountains as a destination for active tourism, cycling, recreation and outdoor activities.
With their natural richness, accessibility and strategic location, the Vršac Mountains represent a significant development opportunity not only for the City of Vršac, but for the wider region as well.
Their potential to attract visitors, support active tourism, and contribute to local economic growth deserves greater recognition and visibility.
The First Comics Colony Within Cirkuliranje
Another important part of this year’s celebration will be the Comics Colony, organized for the first time as part of Cirkuliranje.
Although different artistic programmes have been an important part of the organization’s development, this is the first time that a comics colony will be organized within Cirkuliranje.
Creative gatherings and artistic programs have accompanied various phases of Cirkuliranje’s development over the years, and this new initiative expands that tradition through the world of comics and visual storytelling. The colony will bring together artists from Serbia and the region under the artistic direction of known comic book author Bojan Zavišin, while visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy a collective exhibition featuring 18 artists.

For us, this anniversary is not only a celebration of ten years of work and the past.
It is a celebration of everyone who has contributed to Cirkuliranje over the years—partners, volunteers, artists, educators, athletes, students, and friends—and an opportunity to look ahead toward the next decade of cooperation, creativity, and community development.
