in different locations in Vršac.Cirkuliranje (sirkuliranye, Circulation) is a festival that promotes the region and cities of Banat and their cultural landmarks as a synthesis of the past, present and the future.

The festival is open to attend and anyone can join the events in various places around the city. In short – you come, you see, you circulate.
Admission to the festival is free. Some events may have a limited number of spots due to the nature of the festival. At these events, it will be clearly indicated that spots are limited.

My Neighbourhood with my Camera is an international photo colony and photo competition.

Exhibition of paintings by the three most important painters of the Kovačica naive art – a public lesson on naive art.
19:30 “Summer starts with jazz”
Concert of the jazz department, students of the music school “Josif Marinkovic”.
