My neighbourhood, with my camera

The competition was conceived and designed by the Cirkuliranje Festival in cooperation with Fabrika Fotografa, and within the project/platform – “BANAT – EUROPEAN CENTER of CULTURE/KULTURE” – BECK.

Partners in this project are photo clubs, various associations, universities and individuals.

The idea of ​​the project itself is the social connection of people, for which there is now a pronounced need in the conditions of the Corona virus pandemic and other events that have imposed physical distancing.

We communicate through photography, with no age or location restrictions. Photography lovers can show their knowledge of photography and be part of an international project.

So far, more than 100 individuals have been included in the Photo Factory project through online classes with the topic “Self-isolation”, and the competition My neighbourhood, with my camera is one of many pictures of this topic. Today, with four rounds of competition finished, there were more than 50 photography lovers who took part in this project.

The project/platform BECK deals with artistic creation and promotion of the culture of the region, which with: art colonies, theatre performances, music concerts, art workshops, education, public classes, forums, conferences; becomes a gathering place for creative thought and represents a modern manifesto of culture.

My neighbourhood, with my camera competition is done thanks to the contribution of the sponsors and volunteer work with the goal to make this world a little more beautiful place and contribute to the socialization of people.
